Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

 

Returns

for personal reasons, we are here to assist if you receive a defective product, an incorrect item, or the wrong quantity. Please reach out to us within one week of receiving your order.

Upon confirmation, we will handle the return and cover the shipping costs. Please note that items with minor scratches from manufacturing or transport, weather-related dirt, and used products are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

You can exchange unused items (including packaging and accessories) for a different size or color. If the replacement item is in stock, you will need to cover the shipping costs for both ways. If the desired item is out of stock, we are more than willing to discuss providing a similar product that meets your needs.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order after payment by paying a fee of 20% of the total order amount (including shipping). Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Sale, used, outlet, and custom-made items cannot be canceled. Additional labor charges may apply if we have already started working on your product. Please note that we may take legal action if an order is considered a prank.

No Refund for Customs-related Refusals

We do not offer refunds for items that are refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes.

Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import regulations before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped internationally, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to customs or tax-related reasons.

Important Notice

At Brotures, we strive to present our fixed-gear bikes and accessories with images that reflect their true colors. However, slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. We appreciate your understanding that returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted based on these color differences.

When ordering a complete bike, please note that parts may be subject to change at the manufacturer's discretion. We ensure that any changes will maintain the high quality and performance you expect from Brotures. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
